We constantly work hard to improve our service. If you are not completely satisfied you have to inform us within 24 hours of completion and we will come back to re-do free of charge. Our teams work to detailed 'check sheet' to ensure that we remember every detail. Our task list covers every inch and corner in your home. We clean from top to bottom and clockwise around each room, so that areas are not missed. If you have any special requirements you can prepare your own task list and handed to the cleaners on arrival.

Spring cleaning (deep clean) task list:

• Kitchen
  • clean and polishoutside all cupboards, wall units and drawers, remove stains, marks, dirt and finger prints
  • clean, wash and polish all tops and work surfaces, remove all grease
  • clean outside the fridge and freezer
  • clean outside the oven, clean the grills and oven dish
  • clean outside the microwave
  • clean the cooker hob
    
  • clean, wash the sink, polish the taps
  • dust lamp shape
  • clean light switches and sockets, remove finger prints and dirt
  • clean window sills
  • vacuum and mop the floor (if not carpeted)
  • empty and clean the rubbish bins
• Bathroom
  • clean and disinfect the toilet inside and out
  • clean and wash the bath/shower, polish the tabs
  • clean and wash the sink, polish the taps
  • clean and wash the shower doors
    
  • polish mirrors
  • clean and dust the fan (if possible)

Please note: Our Spring cleaning does not include professional window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning. We also do not wash or clean painted walls and exterior of the property such as balconies, gardens and garages. There is a requirement for minimum of 4 hours per cleaning visit. You are responsible for providing all the cleaning materials and equipment needed for the cleaning. If you would like we can provide the equipment and the usual supplies on a request and additional charge may apply.
