Guarantee of service

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, call within 24 hours
of your cleaning and we will re-clean that particular area that was not cleaned properly at no additional charge within 48 hours of your call if you choose the end of tenancy service this is extended to a 72 hour revisit.If you call the same day as the clean was carried out we will aim to return the sameday or within 24 hours. Any areas that were not cleaned during the cleaning session are not covered under our 24-72 hour guarantee. No money back.
If a re-cleaning is not scheduled, a discount can be issued to your next service. Re -cleaning is a subject of availability and can't be more than two ( 2) Hours .Our guarantee is not valid if other work crews or contractors are on-site, performing work.

Cancellation policy

We request a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice! If for any reason, you have to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please call us immediately.
